NodIt is committed to your right to data deletion. You can request the deletion of your personal data and any data associated with your connected social media accounts at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that.
We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and send you a confirmation email once it's done.
Follow these steps to submit a data deletion request:
Email us at privacy@nodit.in with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
In your email, include your registered email address and a brief description of what you'd like deleted (e.g. full account, specific connected accounts).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin processing it immediately.
Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days. We'll send you a confirmation email once complete. Backups are purged within 90 days thereafter.
When we process your data deletion request, the following is permanently removed from our systems:
You can also revoke NodIt's access to your Instagram or Facebook accounts directly from Meta's settings, independent of your NodIt account deletion:
Dashboard → Channels → Disconnect
Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations → NodIt → Remove
Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → NodIt → Remove
Revoking Meta access removes NodIt's ability to publish or read data from your accounts. Any access tokens we hold are immediately invalidated. Your NodIt account data remains until you submit a full deletion request.
